Where is Tanki Store located?

We are based in the United States and operate as an online-only retailer.

While we keep a wide selection of gear in stock and ready to ship, we also offer pre-orders on certain items — especially rare or in-demand pieces.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship within the U.S. and to many international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Please note: customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. It is also your responsibility to be aware of any import restrictions in your country. If a package is delayed, returned, or confiscated due to customs regulations, we cannot issue a refund.

How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 2 business days via USPS or UPS (you can choose your preferred shipping service at checkout).

  • U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days.
  • International shipping time varies depending on your destination and local customs. It may take anywhere from a week to several months, depending on your country’s postal system.

Once your order is on its way, delivery speed is out of our hands, as it depends entirely on the shipping carrier and destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption.

How does your Rewards Program work?

EARNING POINTS

• Customers earn 100 points for every $50 spent in a single order (before taxes and shipping).

Any remaining amount under $50 in an order will not earn points. 

Example: A $75 order earns 100 points; a $120 order earns 200 points.

• Customers may receive a 200-point birthday reward during their birthday month, provided their birthday was registered with us at least 30 days in advance. This reward is limited to once per year.

REDEEMING POINTS

• Points can be redeemed for store discounts.

Example: 200 points = $2 off coupon.

CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS

• Coupons and rewards may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, or codes. 

• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Points are not earned on pre-orders, taxes, shipping, gift cards, or refunded purchases.

• If an order is canceled or refunded, associated points will be deducted.

• We may adjust or revoke points in cases of error, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity.

PROGRAM CHANGES

• Tanki Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

• Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By joining the Rewards Program, you agree with out Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What is your return, refund, or exchange policy?

What if the item I want is out of stock?

Go to the product page and click “Notify me when back in stock.” Enter your email, and we’ll notify you as soon as the item is available again.

Don’t forget to check your spam or promotions folder and add our email to your main inbox to make sure you don’t miss the notification.

How do I pre-order an item?

The prices listed in the Pre-Order section already include shipping from Russia to U.S. customers.

If you're outside the U.S. and would like to know the total price with shipping to your country, just fill out the pre-order form by tapping the "Request Pre-Order" button in the item listing, or email us at support@tankistore.us

Can I order in bulk from you?
