Russian ANA Tactical "Stalker" Load Bearing Vest/Chest Rig

This is a tactical load-bearing vest (LBV) or a chest rig system, commonly associated with the "Stalker" model from the Russian company ANA Tactical (or the original ANA). The vest is made in the striking "Kamysh" (Reed or Tiger Stripe) camouflage pattern, which was widely used by Russian MVD (Ministry of Internal Affairs) special police units like OMON and SOBR during the 1990s and 2000s.
