Produced during the early-to-mid 2000s, this versatile drop-leg rig was widely fielded by elite Russian special forces (FSB Alpha/Vympel, MVD SOBR, and regional Spetsnaz) to transfer heavy gear—such as secondary handguns, extended magazines, medkits, or gas masks—from the torso down to the thigh.
