This is an original issue PKM (PK Machine Gun) ammunition box pouch, manufactured by Tekhinkom, a primary contractor for the modern Russian "Ratnik" combat system. This large, robust pouch is designed to securely carry a 100-round PKM belt box or up to 250 rounds of 7.62x54mm machine gun belts.
